I love some of the new Pokemon, I think some are just meh, and some are kinda blehh.
Some of these new Pokes are completely beast, like Meguroko's final evo or Jaroda to name only two of many I consider awesome. I'd have to say the majority of the new Pokes fall under this category.
Some are just meh to me. Don't really care for them, don't really hate them either. There are several like this, can't really name any specifics.
Some I don't really like as much though. Like the one that looks like a snowflake, WTF is up with that? Gear's evos kind of a letdown, especially the last one (hardly any change at all.) Some of these Pokemon are just sub-par, every generation has its handful of misfits, this one is no different.
And there are some I haven't figured out yet. Kyuremu (Dragon/Ice), I can't figure out what it looks like or what it even is. I looks pretty cool but I can't tell much from the sprite. And the Bug/Fire line is WTF to me, I don't know what they're based off of or anything.
But altogether, I like this gen's Pokemon.

Only 156 or so new Pokemon, which is more than any past generation? They must be running out of ideas, or else they'd have had 200 new ones.
