Meh, I think it looks more like the traditional "Gray" aliens it was based on than a baby Stormtrooper.

Look past it's oval head
Similiar characteristics:
-Head is biggest part of their body.
-Both their eyes have a stripe through it and the eyes are green.
-Both their arms are longer than their legs.
-Both of their bodies are segmented(if you look closely at riguree's arm's and where it's legs are attached.
-None of them have visible mouths.
-Short stubby legs
-Their torso is basically the same shape with the bulk of it at the bottom.
You see it now. It's a conspiracy!
