The electric gym is really making me mad. The Pokemon she uses and the Volt Switch is making me MAD!

What pokemon do I need to take her down?
My team
Osawhott 30
Durnaka 23
Pansear 22
Woobat 24
Sandile 20
some grass pokemon 23

I had some trouble with her because of my team having nothing super effective against, or immune to Electric, it took me a while but I managed to beat her somehow.
The only thing I can suggest is go back and train your Sandile until it evolves at least once, should make it a lot easier to beat her that way.

I beat her. But now I am having a problem.
On the 5th Gym, Clay. I get across the bridge, on the other side. The Gym leader says that we accidentally let Team Plasma go. Then I go down to Cold Storage, my rival shows up there, at a building with a guy in front of it. Am I superposed to go in there or what?

I originally hadthat problem, i just kepthealing my pokemon and attacking every so often, it took me forever to beat it with my Servine

I don't know if it was just me but most of the gyms including this one was easy, i ended up making the gym leaders pokemon faint with one or two attacks, maybe it was just my levels of my own Pokemon which were i think all in the mid 30s by the time i battled the electric gym, and I believe I only used 2 or 3 pokemon.

Ugh, she was hell. My suggestion would be to think about the move(s) that you hate so much: Volt Switch. According to Serebii, the gym leader has 2 emolga, with the set of Volt Switch, Pursuit, Quick Attack and Aerial Ace, and a Zebstrika with Volt Switch, Spark, Flame Charge and Quick Attack. Neutralise the 1st Emolga, and if she sends out Emolga 2, wait for the VS, then hit Zebby with a ground type move.

Oh yeah, go in the building. Clay has a Krookodile LV29:
Ability: Intimidate
Moves:
Crunch, Swagger, Torment, Bulldoze.
Just watch out for Torment. Stops you spamming Razor Shell. Train up Oshawott to LV31 and Aqua Jet first time, Shell on the second.

Next is a LV29 Palpitoad:
Ability: Swift Swim.
Moves:
Muddy Water, Aqua Ring, Bulldoze, Bubblebeam.
Easy bait for a grass type. Just smack it hard. Easiest poke to take down in my opinion.

Afterwards, its a LV31 Excadrill:
Ability: Sand Rush
Moves:
Slash, Rock Slide, Bulldoze, Hone Claws.
The only thing to worry about is not letting Excadrill get more than 2 Hone Claws under its belt. If that happens, you're done for. I learnt that the hard way :(.

Clay also has 2 hyper potions. Good Luck (Not that you'll need it) !

oh my gosh, me to! i was getting freakin wrecked by volt switch! took me 4 days and a lot of random trainer battling to take her down! and im no noob, either! i have been dominating pokemon since red version!!! never had trouble with a gym before... well, i actully kinda liked it. nice challenge for a change!

Really? I am a pokemon noob really. I had 6 level 30s by the time I hit the electric gym. Gigalith mowed them all down easily.

I just trained my Dranumaka up, and used Fire Punch. Killed them in all one hit.
