Yup. I usually collect any event Pokemon I can get. A Victini with these atracks makes it more versatile.

I haven't been able to come up with good teams anymore (Besides my current one), and just been busy.
There is a chance I could download this Victini for the fact that since I restarted my Black, I couldn't get the Pass to catch it, so that'll get his Dex entry in for me.

Definitely getting it, will be so powerful with V-Create,a 180 base power STAB move, which takes that power up to 270,add a Choice Band to that and your OHKOing nearly everything. Put under the sun and that move reaches a silly power :O

V-Create does lower some stats afterwards, though I'm not sure what.

Never noticed that but your right. It lowers the user's Defense, Sp. Def, and Speed.

That's what a White Herb is for. Use the move and the White Herb will fix the lowered stats.
