Yep... the Game Pak may not be Missingno itslef, but because of it's functions and because of some evidence I am able to say that the Game Pak can me renamed Missingno.

With trainer's you can't guess what Pokemon you get. The easiest way of finding whatever Pokemon you want is to find a Pokemon with the right special and do the Ditto trick.
