no lvl counts more a lvl 1 charmander with any move sucks so lvl counts more.

well if thats ur intire team 2/10 cause a lv100 water type would rip that charizard apart but the pokemon itself is 10/10 ??and how doeas ur charizard know ice punch??

hmp well just that team it self is not good a water type a lvl 100 would mop the floor with that charizard or a team of lvl 100 water types
