No. It has max stats. It wouldn't be killed. It would be hurt though.

But what if a water type had max stats it would rip it appart

Water Maxstats would. But if it was a plain old water type it would be killed.

ya I have a pokemon with in finity stats after catching missingno it had all like missingno symbols and when used in battle it cant die and looks like missingno and has the missingno first time thing 4 all its attaks but i turned off the game and it was all fine that would beat it

It seems your all new at rateing so to start things off, Try to follow these rules:

1) Levels have nothing to do with it. A level 100 pokemon can still lose to a level 65 pokemon depending on type, and the moves they have.

2) A good team will not have the same weakness for more than 2 pokemon; and if it does, at lease one must have an attack that is strong aginst that weakness.(Ex: Dugtrio with Fire Blast)

3) Tell why you gave a team the rank you gave them and offer suggestions on how to fix it. This will give the team owner a chance to correct the mistake.
Pokemon raised by a cheat should not be posted because it's unfair to the people who don't cheat. And some times the cheater(Rare Candy Cheat).
