They can all be good in certain situations but Hyperbeam is mostly all around good.

fire spin is also very good 4 me and it doesnt let the other opponent attack

my threoy- earthquake is the strongest.
solarbeam you cannot atack until you have charged up
hyperbeam you have to cool down
and fire spin havs a ower accuracy
earthquake can do more damage in 2 attacks then any of those
hyperbeam as 150 earth quake has 100 150 over two rturns for hyperbeam but 200 for earthquake :]
