I'm trying to make my mew as strong as I can, so I used the 6 items that raise the amount of the stat increase when he levels up 10 times each, and then I leveled him up to 100, and now I'm gonna try to raise his PP for each of his moves, so I'm gonna duplicate pp ups when I get one. The problem is, I've found some pp ups in the past, but I've used them all, so is there a store or something that sells them? If not, can someone name a few places where I can find one please?

Get 1 PP up from anyplace and then go to Cinnabar Island and do the Missingno. cheat. If the PP up is in the 6th place then it will duplicate.
