if you mean in your inventory, just highlight the item you want to move, press the select button, highlight the item you wish to swich it with, and press select again.
Are you satisfied? Or do I have to beat the c*** outta you too?

They have all answered your question, but to be more in-depth I will explain:
If you want to move an item to a different part of your inventory you must press "Start". Then you must go to "Items". You must press "Select" on the item you wish to move. Drag it to another space and it will switch places with the item that is already there.
If you want to move them from another game, you cannot. Since Pok�mon cannot hold items in Pok�mon Blue, you can't trade a Pok�mon that is holding an item from Pok�mon Gold, Silver, or Crystal.
If you have lemons you can make lemonade.
