look i experiment in this way and if you change the pokemon to silver then it will turn into pretty cool pokemon trust me but once you see it turn off the game

Missingno was supposed to be baby Kangaskhan. But the creators got lazy and removed the data code.

Missingno. doesn't evolve at all, but another glitch evolves into the ghost form with a different, glitchy sprite. You're right about everything you said. Missingno. is absolutely harmless, except for in Yellow because it usually crashes the game if you try to encounter it with the Mew glitch. And it isn't leftover dats for Lugia, Marill, or any other gen. 2 Pokèmon.

i caught more than 10 missingnos and my save is still (i passed 16 times the pokemon red and the blue)

This is wrong, missingno is the data of the 39 pokemon who were removed from the original 190.
