I've heard so many false versions of what to do here. I've heard you can get to Johto, get mew, or get pikablu. What the heck do I do here?

Absolutely nothing. The truck doesn't do anything, as far as I know. You get Mew with another cheat, involving a Gambler and Youngster. You can't get into Johto, and Pikablu is a Marill.

I'm not sure, but is there a way to get the keys from the game corner and work the truck?
