1)Can you just pick 6 of the 386 pokemon and battle a friend or the computer?
2)How many Pokemon are there?
3)What is the object of the game?
4)Do you have your own team in here?
5) Are there boxes?
6)Are there pokemon in the wild?
7)Are there pokemon Centeres and marts?
8)Can you bring pokemon in from your Ruby version to battle in here on story mode?

Yes but only in a gang battle on colloseum battle and both of you have to be on your gameboys with a GC linkcable. Also you can trade pokemon in to story mode from ruby and sappire after you complete the game
