I looked every where after i defeated venus but Icould not find it. Can someone give me a specific place?

after chasing venus through the subway, after the exsplosion of the door, run all the way to the right, ( you will see a passage) there is a box with the u-disk. Use that in the under and get the time flute! Note: the other side once you go through the door, is the Shadow pokemon lab.
Almost an 8 year member! beat that
