now , to the questions:
You have to trade Jirachi from your GBA.
the 3 legendary dogs can be caught , during the game , by defeating cipher admins . but there's 1 exception: if you snag and purify all pokes , Ho-oh will appear on your computer.

a extra disk was in with some. It takes that extra disk to get him.

Well you can trade from gba.. and you can use the bonus disk. You also bumped a 2 year post on this thread too..
