can you get kyogre and groudon in this game? cause it has them both on the cover and i was wondering if you could catch them,or can you win them?

kyogre and groudon don't show up here but you can trade to get it from ruby,sapphire and emerald.

Yes, you can trade them from Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald. Otherwise, no.
