rili? lotsa poke's names have a less than shallow meaning... and since they're ledgends i suppose they were forced to come up with something more than meets the eye ^^" (and ear, i guess... sounded mighty random)
example:
raikou suicune entei
rai sui and en are jap for thunder water and flame
... the 2nd one is supposably making reference to their majestic and ledgendary status... either meaning some sorta king or... my jap's just crap

told ya already =S indirectli means 'king' ... more like 'king of' *insert thing* ... i dun even know the kanji of those words; if i did, easier to tell, since i understand kanji... =P
