no but i really couldn't think of wht to put on espeon also true abt raticate but it will be a surprise for ur opponent

Raticate's good with Super Fang, Hyper Fang, Protect(if it could learn it) and Toxic. It's fast and has better attack than special(I think). I never really use Raticate.
