oh, and once you fight the gyarados, youll get a red scale, give that scale to mr.pokemon and he will give you exp.share, which is a really useful item...

I can't fight the red gyrados because i can't use surf, i can't use surf until i beat one more gym leader which i assume is the eckruteak gym leader and i can't beat him because for some reason i can't get past the first guyit just teleports me back to the entrance of the gym. how do i get past that? AAAAARGH i must sound really dumb!

nicholas, you cant get lugia on crystal to know aeroblast without gameshark or trading because it doesnt breed because its a legendary...
as for clair, train your typhlosion to a level wghen it can beat her dragonair in one blow (about level 55), because if you let them hit you, your gonna have real problems with kingdra, take plenty of revives and full heals, you should be alright...

when u finish battling all the gym leaders from both kanto and jhoto, u can fly to cerulean city, if u go north theres this old man that it bill's grandfather, he asks to see ur pokemon right? Which pokemon is the one that has this description: a round green pokemon with leaves growing from its head. i have tried sunkern and oddish and they are both wrong. what pokemon is it?????????

when oddish is in your party click on bills grandpa and when he says, "can you show me" or something like that click on your oddish, and then he should give you a leaf stone
