ok i just breed my Charizard my hatched Charmander is lv 5 still it knows Scratch, Leer, Flamethrower, Dynamicpunch i wanna know a better move set for it

When it evolves to Charizard it should by then have the following:
Wing attack
Flamethrower
Steel Wing
EQ

'Bout as good as you can get on Crystal.

Wing Attack, not Steel Wing. Wing Attack does 90 damage on Charizard, and has 100% accuracy. Steel Wing is bad in Charizard anyway.

Slash perhaps yes. Not Dragonbreath though. Slash or wing Attack.

Does Dragon Claw exist in this gen? I forgot. If so:
Flamethrower
Wing Attack
Earthquake
Dragon Claw

If not:
Flamethrower
Wing Attack
Earthquake
Slash/Return/Steel Wing/Rock Slide
