Okay, I'll rate.
Ho-oh- Delete Zap Cannon for Thunderbolt(if it can learn it.)
Tyranitar- Good
Mewtwo-good
Mew- good
Dagonite- Its attack is stronger than Sp.Attack. Give it Dragon Breath too.
Houndoom- Attract is obsolete. You'd be better off giving it Dragonbreath or something that does damage and can paralyze too.I think if you want it with rest, teach it Snore too. Like a mini Snorlax.
Blissey- Blissey is a good Pokemon to give Attract to. You can consider it if you wish.

Over half of your team could be clobered by a fast Lapras. You should add a pure electric.

...for houndoom, im keeping attract because houndooms a female, and my brothers pokemon are all male, snore...rest, i was wondering about those, but i think ill get rid of rest for a offensive move, houndoom doesnt have enough health for rest...

...um...dragonite, i think ill trade outrage for dragonbreath, good sugestion...

...uh...ho-oh, it can learn thunder bolt, but ive found that hes also very good with zap cannon, never missed with it, it can kill my brothers gyarados in one hit even with is low attack power...

lastly, blissey, dunno, attract, i was thinking that i should of keeped double team, but im not sure...

NO, keep Dragonite with Outrage, it's like the best dragon attack. Give it Safeguard so it doesn't get confused. And you might as well give Chansey Double Team, it'll be good with it.

^i thought youd say that, only problem is, its too late to teach dragonite and blissey those moves, and i dont want to start again, but i think i will get rid of outrage because of its confusion side effect...

Where is the guy im supposed to talk to about getting a silver wing? i already beat the dragon lady near the dragon tunnel but i cant get into the house in the tunnel there is a whirlpool blocking me.

That guy is in Pewter City, much farther than where you are in the game.

how do i get to pewter city?

me im just flying around trying to find a way to get the silver wings and the rainbow wings or feather what ever its called. and the train in goldenrod is still not there yet.

I've only gotten the fire stone and the dog on the tower i did not finnish the unown puzzles yet.

You get to Pewter after beating the Elite Four, so don't worry about it right now.

who and where are the elite 4? i dont have fire or elect pkmn's i have strong water and leaf type.

Elite Four are trainers you have to beat to get to Kanto. And definitely get a fire and electric Pokemon, you won't win without them.

yeah, i wouldnt worry about silver wing just yet, its a bit further in the game

blaze (typhlosion)- L51 - swift,cut,ember,fire wheel
red garados - L31 - dragon rage, thrash, bite, leer
geodude - L9 - tackle, strength defense curl
spearow - L2 -peck, growl, fly
goldeen - L22 - peck, tail whip, surf, horn attack
electrode - L23 - tackle, screech, sonicboom, selfdestruct

typlosion-take out ember and put in flamethrower and take out cut and put in thunderpunch
red gyrados-takeout leer and put in surf
geodude-raise it up and teach magnitude and rock throw
spearow-it sucks
goldeen-takeout tail whip and put something good
electrode-take out screech and put in a thunder attack

first of all raise up all ur team members not just ur typlosion and give them better move sets
i give ur team a 2/10
also to raise ur team up give the red scale to the professor who gives u the egg and trade him the red scale for the expereince share and give it to ur pokemon to raise them up
