when dos togapi evolve. also how do you beet the gym leeder in goldenrod.

I believe Togepi evolves around 40ish. He alos has to liek you so don't let him die an' give him lots of items an' haircuts. He may evolve sooner.
The leader in Goldenrod isn't so hard. She is if you have really low level monsters. I suggest only carryin' a pary of maybe 3 at most in the beggining. Keep them roughly the same level. Get yur Pokes to level 30, at least a couple, then try to beat the gym. If any monster should be higher level than the rest, make it your starter until you have legendaries.
Also, who was yur starter? This makes a difference too.

2 things: I was on supercheats for 2 years, but I am new to the forums (like about 2.5wks). Also double posting is two posts about the same exact topic, which I didn't really do.

To keep on subject, Togepi has a Friendship evolution. To help your friendship, leave it in your party until it evolves, give it lots of haircuts (Goldenrod), and let it battle, without fainting. Items like Carbon, Protein, etc. also help. There's a Pokemon rater lady in Goldenrod, too, to let you know how you're doing. Good luck!

control: 1. The starter makes a difference because the moves an' weaknesses may change, plus their ability to fight against other monsters.
2. Double postin' is postin' 2 posts in a row, regardless of when. This does not include "add quote and reply". That isn't considered wrong.
