help me out im little shocking at this and i really need new ideas to help me out along the way

the best way to trin pokemon is to ev train by battling the right pokemon in the wild, its slow, but worth it...
if you wont level 100 pokemon just for the privilage then duplicate rare candies and use them...

yeah but then they wont be as strong as they would be if you trained them yourselves though.

yes, thats what evs (effort values, you can read about them in the fire red forums) are...with rare candies you dont get any evs...

me i just work on one pokemon and give another pokemon exp. share so i can train faster

exp.share comes real handy versus the pokemon league, thats how i train my pokemon...

Lol I have been wondering this for awhile, what if you dup. six exp. shares for your whole party, do you think it would be worth it to train your pokemon or a waste of time?

if you duplpicate exp.share, you still get the same amount of experience, its just shared out between everyone

half exp=pokemon who battled
half exp=goes to all pokemon hold exp.share evenly

I have a good way to raise your pokemon, it's got some cheats involved but it's worth it, you can have a superstrong team from the first time you set foot in a gym, here goes...
Step 1. Use the Pokerus code 0101fbdc
Make sure all your pokemon have it before you continue
Step 2. Use a code that will allow you to buy LUCKY EGG from the pokemart 917eF2D0
Step 3. Let your Pokerus infected pokemon each hold a LUCKY EGG.
Now calculate: POKERUS increases your pokemon's growth rate by 75% (i.e. say you face Falkner's pidgeotto, you normally get somewhere around 200 exp for knocking him out, with pokerus you will get 325 exp, combine a lucky egg and you'll get 587 exp. Overall your pokemon's growth rate has increased by 125%
P.S. Keep the pokerus code on if you don't want it to leave.

or you can get lucky egg from catching a chansey (or a few)

pokerus is very rare though...

and hard to get but some people are luck ducks
