Pok'emon Diamond/Pearl Information Guide
Pok'emon Diamond and Pearl are two games announced for the Nintendo DS. All we know about it is below.

* They are set in a region different to Kanto, Johto & Hoenn but contains old Pok�mon aswell as the new ones and is called Shinou. In which you start in Futaba Town
* You are capable of transferring your hard trained Pok�mon from Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, FireRed & LeafGreen to these games after certain criterea have been met in Diamond & Pearl
* DP will use the DS's Wireless Capabilities and allow for up to 16 Players to be linked at once in a Union Room style situation
* There will be no new Pok�mon types but new type combinations such as Steel/Fighting
* Day/Night Feature makes a welcome return
* The Pok�dex now features a weight comparison feature. The height and weight comparisons allow you to put your own height and weight in and compare with the Pok�mon
* The Watch acts as a Pok�Nav called Pok�tchi and has over 20 Features: Time Management, Monitoring of Pok�mon in the Breeding Center, Type Chart and many more
* Voice Chat over Nintendo WiFi Connection
* Linkable with Pok�mon Battle Revolution

A Very, VERY late update for those that care...
I apologize for my sudden and long absense from my moderation spot in D/P. This was all of the information obtained that I have unwittingly missed. I am sorry for the inconvenience of my thread and I will try not to do it again.
This is very self-explanatory. This little bundle of goodies contains probable box art, new Pok'emon, more screens, and much more! To view, click here for general information, and screens can be found here.

I found new info:
Day/Night feature will be brought back.
Pokemon sprites we bill noticeable gender differences. EX:Wooper's female form has shorter antanne than male.
New Attack:Heart Swap switches stats of pokemon on battlefield
Lucario knows:Metal Claw Buizeru knows:Agility Manafi knows:Heart Swap

There is also a poketchi, which is the new pokedex.
With the poketchi you can keep an eye on the pokemon in the day care.
The poketchi will be on the bottom screen.

I just checked serebii.net and it says that team gogo is for pokemon ranger and what are you talking about 2 regions!?

In diaomond you go to Fiorre to find an egg Team GoGo wants it contains Manafi Team GoGo is there to stop you get the data straight kay.

No no. You got it all wrong. In pokemon ranger you have to go to a nintendo event to download the manafi egg mission. Once you get the egg it says you have to go to another region to hatch it, which is shinou. You have to have a copy of diamond/pearl and you can transfer the egg to diamond/pearl.

Buizeru is one of the starter pokemon because I saw the picture with the Buizeru battleing a geodude at lvl 3
