It is somewhat odd that they make a new villan for each game when they could have different groups of team rocket instead because most people enjoy the antics of team rocket and they don't want to see a new group of villans that some people might considered them as uninteresting.

I still believe that they should keep team rocket because in my opinion they were the vilest group of villans you can find.
