i ment johto had 100, hoenn 135, and d/p could have 170

My guess is around 120. 170 seems a bit of an overload, but 170 would be very nice.

Kanto: 151
Jhoto: 105
Hoenn: 130

Now do the math... 151 + 105 + 130 = 386 Pokemon.

In Diamond and Pearl it is suppose to reach around 468, So they will only be adding around 110 pokemon.

Wait they added 105 on johto i coulda sworn it was 100. I say 170 or 150.

We should be talking about the quality and usefulness of each pokemon they create insted of guessing how many pokemon they could create.

Also 170 is to many for something relatively new. They could possible only reach 145 with there budget.

It just seems like people are saying odd numbers such as one hundred forty five and one hundrend seventy new pokemon will be annonced even though the first group of pokemon was an ammount of one hundred fifty pokemon. If you then combine one hundred seventy pokemon with a group of original pokemon that you can obtain in the game too it will then add up to such a large amount of pokemon that it will then become extremly chalenging to the obtain all of those pokemon later on making this become to challenging to the younger group of children that enjoy this game.

I don't really think this thread is closure material. And I've never seen big arguments here myself, but arguing is all part of a discussion. Being a mod here, this is a great topic sonickid made, and this should be left open(in my opinion.).
Also, just because I stated that arguments are natural(as they are conflicts) doesn't mean you're allowed to. Excessive swearing and abusive behavior will be reported.

You could consider them more of debates than arguments because no one is saying that one thing is better than another we are just giving our opinions to the matter even if they are not the same as someone else's opinion.
