Ok heres the question

does anybody know if you have to cheat to manaphy or if you have to go to japan and get the egg on pokemon ranger?

I might hold an event pokemon wi-fi giveaway, such as pokemon like manaphy, darkrai, sheimi, and arseus, since I have an action replay DS.

It can possibly be both. Those highly resented to cheating would want to go with the old fashioned way.

Actually. Manaphy is from Ranger. You find some weird Egg thing in a mission on Ranger, and it hatches. You then trade that over to D/P. I don't remember if its Manaphy or its Pre-Evo though.

Actually, manaphy can't hatch in Fiore, so it needs to be sent to shinou. That makes me think about manaphy's pre-evo, Fione.

Was it Fione that hatches from the Egg? Or Manaphy?

And you don't need to cheat to get Manaphy, unless you don't want to get Ranger :|

I don't want to get ranger. And manaphy is an event pokemon. You get the manafi mission at a nintendo event

Anyway, I think it's a special mission in Ranger, I could be wrong though, Serebii DID say that it was a mission in Ranger though.

You're right on that. I thought serebii said it was a "nintedo event mission" I could be wrong.

well i know this the egg if you get it in america is infact manaphy it wont hatch unless you trade it to D/P but when it hatches in order to get fione you mate manaphy with a ditto and the good thing is fione doesn't actually evolve into manaphy it is juat supposed to be some sort of twin legendary but what i have heard is the only way to get the manaphy egg without cheating is in japan when you reserve the 9th movie manaphy prince of the sea you get the nintendo event but so far without cheating there is no way to get it in amaerica

I'll say you will have to cheat or an upgrade will become available for him via a nintendo event.

They've also taken snapshots of it. An egg washed up on the beach apparently.

yeah but other then cheating the only way to get the mission for it is to be in japan reserve the movie with him in it and then get something to get it

Probably, my guess is manaphy'll be like jirachi. Maybe if you preorder pkmn battle revolution you get a bonus disc with manaphy on it. Its a possibility.
