same as how you get battle points in the old games... and if you haven't played them before, you win battles in the battle tower

well it's just that I won about six battles and got no points at all, is it that you have to win every seventh battle?

sigh, so you're only on your first 7 battles...
you only get points after every 7th WIN, each time you challenge you fight 7 trainers, so on and so forth
