you get evee in hearthome city in the house right next to the pokemon center from bebe ( but u have to complete the natinal dex first)

you get the national dex after u see all pokemon in the sinnoh dex u go to sndgem town and go to professor rowan talk to him and you will get the national dex!!

#65 is Drifloon you get at valley windworks on Fridays, 114 is Unown which you can find at the Solaceon Ruins, #135 is Lumineon, #146, #147, and #148 is Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf, #150 is Palkia (go to Celestic Town and talk to Cynthia's grandma, she will show you a book and it shows Palkia in it..
