There are a couple of ways. You can trade with someone who has but they would need an AR to get it. You could use an AR yourself. Or you could wait till Nintendo does an event to get it and then you get it there if you can.

Oh please, wait? Seriously? Nintendo probably won't release Arceus til tha butt end of tha 4th Gen, when tha hype an' anticipation a starts fer tha 5th Gen. Dude, just get AR, find tha code fer tha event item an' go get Arceus.

as far as i see you can either get the code on action replay... or you can move to japan and go to a nintendo event thereSmile

to get arceus,you need mystery gift or action replay.....

im sorry, all i know what to do with mystery gifft is u need 6 or more to open the action replay

ill tell you how to get mystery gift....

go to 3 floor in jublife tv and go down talk to the reporter and he'll ask you to give your opinion on tv the first two words are

'everyone happy' the second two words are 'Wi-Fi connection' and he gives you the mystery gift
