yes but its also used for making a pichu with volt tackle.

well i learned that years ago i just want to know if it will double Rachiu's attack like it doubles Pikachu's.

The Legend of raichu? Anyway i just tested it, i had my raichu use thunder punch on my dusknoir without a light ball and it got it down to the 1 of its level 100 level (u know next to the gender above the Hp) and then i tried it with a light ball and it did the same damage!

People always mistaken that b/c they are not aware of the fact that Raichu's base stat is way higher than Pikachu.

Raichu's stats are higher than Pikachu's, his base stats. That's what he's saying, what is so hard to understand about that?

give one of the pikachus a light ball and it learns volt takle as a pichu

yeah if you give a pikachu a lighball and breed a male and female you will get a egg with a pichu with volt tackle.

Yes, breeding a Pikachu with one holding a Light Ball, will result in a Pichu knowing Volt Tackle.
