Is there a way to get other legendaries (Example; the dogs, deeoxys, jirachi, darkai) without AR? If so, how?

If you own Fire Red, Leaf Green, Emerald, Ruby, or Sapphire, just migrate them from there into the Pal Park once the National Dex is obtained. Thats the legit way.

Yeah, poke.addicted is right but I'll give ye some more details. Ok, with tha dogs, on FR/LG after ya get tha National Dex one of them'll appear in Kanto dependin' of which starter you pick; Bulbasaur-Entei, Charmander-Suicune, Squirtle-Raikou. With Jirachi, if you pre-ordered Pokemon Colosseium you got like a bonus disc that you could download it off of onto R/S. And for Darkrai you just gotta find an event you can get a Member's Pass at. Very tedious work, I suggest you hack tha event items, tha pokemon'll still be legit technically.
