Ignore it. The gym leader there is the fifth gym leader you will face. Just go out of Hearthome city and head for Veilstone City.

^ as above she wont be in there until those pysduck blocking the foggy route have been moved, come abck after youve spoke to cyinthia and cure the pysduck, shell be there then.
