Hey, can anyone help get a lv. 70 Rayquaza that has a Hasty nature with all its DVs max out? I will also be happy to explain what DVs are.

I can help you with that,just tell me all the details you want your Lv:70 rayquaza and i'll get it for you and tell me what version your AR is, lastly tell me if you want all EVs maxed and if you want him shiny okay?

DON'T MISTYPE ANYTHING! I gave you the best Mewtwo set there is, or just really good recommended set lol. I did not be gay, I used my own EV settings for you. He has all the right attacks for a Mewtwo, and I made him Shiny. Just make a seperate section for the font code, you need to put that in your GS as well.

give this a try i dont know why it produces ???? in the m code since i never use gs codes i only use AR so i dont know, use another m code if you have one. but the mewtw is great the stats i gave are not possible in the game, so its super.
