ok you know that white rock out side of the rocket center I heard that if you get all fill the poke'dex not the national go to the white rock now you either have to just press a or you have to use rock smash and it appears. Just keep trying it HAS to have something to do with that rock and if you have any other ideas keep posting them here.

false. the only way to obtain jirachi is by the pokemon colosseum bonus disc, OR cheating.

yeah cheating is harder so i got the bonus disc and got it on my game but it was ruby

well what is that white rock?Becase that girl says I use a wish tag and all that stuff about wishing you'd think that it would have something to do with jirouchi(which is the WISH pokemon)

i tried that cheat b4 but i didn't have the master code so thats probably y it didn't work. will the other pkmn encounter codes work with that master code or do i need to use different master codes?

1)getting all secetbase deceration
2)beat battle tower 50 times in a row
3)catch all 200 pokemon
4)beat all pokemon contests
5)beat E4
6)get 8 star dust 8 star pieces
after all that go to white rock ,try it!!!

don't know about the action replay code but all that stuff you told us on how to get jirachi is BS i'm sorry to say but there are no in-game cheats to get him.
