i have down almost everything at dewford and staleport.... but thats as far as i know to go. i dont no what to do next. i want to get to maudville.... but i dont no how. can someone pleaz help? tysm to those who answer --just got game an hour ago-- also, where is the pokemon league? ty again~

to get to mauville, you have to go up that path above slateport to cycling road. then take the road underneath. (you cant go on cyling road without a bike.) its a grassy area and if you carry on walking youll bump into your neighbour. theyll battle you. they are hard at this point. when you beat them then you can go up and you will be in mauville 
but theres some trainers on the way.
the pokemon league is on an island in the middle of the sea. you have victory road to go through first, and you need to be able to use waterfall.

I couldn't figure that out either for a while but u can go underneath the cycling path (like Spyro said). It is right beside the trick master's house.

Pretty straightforward after that, just electrify Watson (after showing Wally he's not quite strong enough), grab HM06 (Rock Smash) and continue north.

i love water, and of course i started with muddie! the worst thing about getting muddie for starters is that i couldnt catch any fire pokemon before i battled brendan. I HATE BRENDAN!!! i reeeealy hate him... >:(
