I really messed up here.
So I used a warp code early in the game to get the rare pokemon, and one of them was Ray(whatever) at the top of the Sky Pillar. So I got to the top (using a warp code) and he flew off.
Then later on in the game when I got to the Sootopolis Gym part, the 3 pokemon were fighting then disappeared. I couldnt get into the gym, or even the cave. So I went to the pillar, like the people told me and I caught Ray.
Problem is, for some reason no one will move from the cave or gym entrance no matter what I try. And I know it probably has something to do with the fact I used the warp to make Ray fly off earlier...glitched?

I haven't played Emerald in a while, but I'll try to help.
Is getting into those places important?
If it is, I'm going to assume for a second that when you say warp code, you mean you used an AR device to cheat. I would suggest using the AR code that allows you to walk through walls, and try to walk through the people in your way. You could start a new profile as well, but I think you're looking for a solution that doesn't involve that, so walking through walls would be my advice as something to try.
