I know you use an e-reader to change it but how do you?

All I can say is that there are encounter codes for Action Replay to change the wild pokemon appearances in the cave.
If you see me posting, it's because I've been asked to. Which I guess would mean I'm taking requests.

Who cares? It's useless. All the pokemon in there can be caught in other places in the game.
