I can. I captured a Chimecho at Mt. Pyre, but it took a while to find. They're really rare. Keep trying, don't get frustrated. Smile

What?
Try to write your question WITHOUT butchering the English language, and maybe i'll be able to understand it.

Yes, you can catch as may Chimecho that you can find. It just takes awhile, unless you're really lucky.
Other really rare pokemon:
Seedot
Skitty
Absol
Relicanth
Pikachu
Heracross
Pinsir
Stanler
Miltank
Houndoor
Ralts
Altaria
Mawile
Feebas (rarest in the game)
Thats all that I can think of without consulting my guidebook. Those pokemon are all annoyingly rare.

Strategy to catch Chimecho. When it appears, paralyze it, use an attack that does a fixed amount of damage like Sonic Boom. Then throw a ball at it. ALternitively, if you have a Pokémon that knows it, use False Swipe.

Magneton with Thunder Wave and Sonic Boom

or

Sceptile/Ninjask with False Swipe.

Easy to catch really, I found two in a row.

Breed with a Ditto, found in the back of Fossil Maniac's House.

I traded a Scyhter to my Emerald
I have 2 GBA's along with Fire Red I traded some around

to catch Chimecho requires patience the encounter is probably about 1-3%

yeah, and the feebas encounter rate is extremely rare. It appears in only 5 tiles out of hundreds of them (o_O).

True, but once you've found a Feebas Tile you can keep fishing again and get loads of them for breeding.

I've got tonnes of feebas and there not even that good.
the best place to find them is a little south from mossdeep underwater and on the land route from mauville to fortree.

One time in Saphire I found a Feebas after fishing once and I didn't know how rare it was until I restarted that version and couldn't find another one!

Then I found out what people meant by saying one out of every 6 spots in the river and found one easily.

Ralts isn't annoyingly rare, just regular rare. I can usually find one easily. I get lucky though.
