feebas actually will become so hard to appear again if you miss the first chance that it bits ur rod. when u miss its first appearance, it will be very hard to find it again. but u can try the diving spots with weeds near mosdeep

its takin me along time but i have a level 100 rayquaza that can beat the elite four alone

fly agains the first two trainers then eathquake on the next one, fly should be almost outta pp and eathquake half way down next guy use extreme speed and the rest of ur flys, then the last guy use up ur eathquakes and hyperbeams, most of my pokemon are now in there 50's and my hoen half of the pokedex is only missing twelve spots

actually you can find feebas only in 6 water tiles and the tiles dont change and feebas evolves in to milotic a really strong contest pokemon

I would recommend training pokemon while you're up there. I found two Chimechos in the time it took my Snorunt to level up 12 levels up there. They are very easy to catch too if put to sleep.

hi, i found out an easy way to make your encounter rate with rare pokemon.
1. put a pokemon of the same of type of the rare pokemon you are looking for.
2. if you don't have a pokemon of the same type of the rare pokemon you are looking for, put a rare pokemon that you have caught earlier. (for example, if your looking for plusle, and you don't have a minun yet, use ralts/kirlia/gardevoir as the top pokemon because ralts is also encountered rare.
3. the most important of all, patience... yeah thats crucial.

I've experienced this because I caught my elusive volbeat when I put shedinja in the first slot of my party pokemon due to the fact theyre both bug type. another one is that I also encountered minun (common encounter) and after that plusle(rare) when I had kirlia on top of my party pokemon. It also works when I was looking for Skitty, Chimecho and Grimer. As for Grimer, I caught a gulpin and put it on top of my party pokemon. (I had a hard time looking for grimer than Chimecho hehehe) so yeah, hope it helps.
