Regice is probably the best. Regice gets rid of Milotic, all waters(except Swampert and Ludicolo), Flying, Dragon and some Ground types. Regirock is alright...

Regigigas will have a hard time against anything for the first few turns, his ability sucks.
Registeel has godly Defense, with Amnesia, many things are gonna have trouble breaking the defense, if you think about it. Just for stalling purposes.
