kyogre and groudon, and the regis

where and how do i get kyogre and groudon?? my game got messed up for using the action replay too much. either that or my action replay is just messed up.... but yea. and how do i get the regis?? i found that mountain under water that had dots all over it, i surfaced up from under water, ended up in that cave with rows of rocks that have dots all over them....whats next?? help me out thanks.

Not sure on the Regis sorry, I just used the Encounter code as it looked like too much trouble.

Kyogre and Groudon can only be obtained after defeating the Elite Four. Go to the Weather Institute and he will tell you a certain Route will be either suffering from a drought or raining very heavily. Go to the Route where it's sunny and enter the new cave. Groudon is inside. Go to the area where it's raining heavily and Dive in a spot that wasn't there before. Kyogre is inside.

As for that.,...when you reach the cave....go to the very end...read the wall and then use dig...after that it will open...go and read the end of the wall inside...after that put the Wailord in your first party and Relicanth on your last and poof...regi cave's are now open

When the cave is open, this is what to do for each Regi cave...

Regirock: Walk up and read the Braille. Walk two steps Left, then two steps down. Use Rock Smash.

Regice: Run an entire lap all around the boarder of the cave.

Registeel: Walk to the center of the cave, then use Flash.

o yea one more thing, at pacifidlog town, there's some old guy in one of the houses that says he can't see mirage island. when can he see it and what is that island?? whats so special about it anyways.
