after you get kyogre and groudon, you can go tp sjy pillar and catch rayquaza
it was easy catching him(although my cousin gave me unlimited master balls on his action replay)

Wrong.
After you beat the Elite Four can you THEN get Kyogre/Groudon. You can Rayquaza before the Elite Four, which is how I beat it because I was too lazy to train, xD.

I'm not wrong the game let me get rayquaza. Maybe my cousin's AR messed the game up oh well. but needed the master balls badly

In Emerald, you can get Rayquaza before fighting the Elite 4. But you can't get Kyogre and Groudon before you defeat them.
If this is supposed to be an easy way to defeat the Elite 4 when you have an Action Replay, you realize this is terrible advice. Anyone can easily defeat the Elite 4 with an AR.

Here's an easy way. Get a blaziken with Sky Uppercut and Flamethrower. There goes Sydney. An Absol with Shadow Ball and Faint attack. There goes Phoebe. Use your Blaziken with Sky Uppercut (and pray it doesn't miss) and a 2 Flamethrowers, there goes Glacia. Teach your Absol Ice Beam, there goes Drake. Teach Absol Thunderbolt, there goes Wallace. There, simple and only using 2 pokemon.

A LV. 52 blaziken with Sky Uppercut, Mirror move, Slash, and Bulk Up and a LV. 48 flygon with dragonbreath and crunch will work to. You can't say it won't cause I've done it.
Are you satisfied? Or do I have to beat the c*** outta you too?

Riku is right...I Blaziken and Absol was the main pokemon i used when i first played Emerald. I beat t3h crap out of E4 with those two

i don't use cheats on my game.
I think the easist way to beat the elite 4 is to find out the weaknesses of their pokes.
