I cant even catch Kyogre when its down to like 3 hp with an ultra ball D=. What is there that I can use to catch them better? Groudin should be included in this please and thank you. Oh, and when I go to the spot where groudon is, how do I find him. I know how to find Kyogre.

Groudon will be located in a newly formed cave on the route where you find him. Anyway, stock up on timer, luxury, ultra, poke, and nest ballz. Get a pokemon that can paralyze (probably a good thunder type) then get kyogre down to as low as you can. Throw every ball you have EXEPT the timer ballz. Save those for last. If you're wondering why I said pokeballs and nest ballz, I actually caught a Moltres in a pokeball and a Groudon in a Nest ball. Don't ask me how... So do the same thing for Groudon but don't use a thunder type to paralyze him.

your not gonna catch either of them with ust one pokeball you need many ultra balls a pokemon who noes sleep or paralyz

I threw a Pok�Ball at them at full HP and caught it.

get his hp red then try to get him into sleep or paralyze him,butdont burn him or poisin himsince he will just die then....and you should have about 30 ultra ball,and just aquestion doesnt this game have the timer ball?if so try using that

Timer Ball's works best after you run out of other Poke Ball's..
You can catch them in Full HP if they sleep. I caught Kyogre with a pokeball while he's sleeping. Pure luck i guess.

I just used a few great balls while it was sleeping. When it was charging for solar beam, I threw a POKEBALL at him and caught it. It's health was full and I was tired of him breakin' out the BALLS, so I used Surf,Waterfall,Fly,Overheat,and Double kick to get him down to red.
