Sceptile: Leech Seed for Giga Drain.

Pinsir: Nt really the pok�mon you need for the Elite Four.

Rayquaza: I would prefer mine to have Earthquake but good enough I suppose.

Kyogre: Earthquake for Water Spout.

Groudon: Slash? Try Focus Punch.

Blaziken: Good.

Dragonite: He wants more Dragon moves. Also Aerial Ace is more suitable for him. His Special Attack isn't so great, so try to keep him more Physical.

Mewtwo: NEVER give Mewtwo Shadow Ball. Kepp him Special and give him Ice Beam for Shaodw Ball instead.

Charizard: Get rid of Blast Burn. It has a repercussion, which sucks in modern Pokemon teams. Replace with Earthquake or Rock Slide. Flamethrower is great, keeping it is advised. As for Heat Wave, get rid of it seeing as you already have two Fire-type attacks and replace it with something else, preferably a 1.5 bonus move. Fly is acceptable considering that this is in-game, but if you're going offensive then choose Aerial Ace instead.

Mewtwo: Psychic is a must on Mewtwo, glad to see that you've realized this. As for Shadow Ball, when you do make the change consider Ice Beam or Thunderbolt to dominate more types. Recover can stay or go, though I advise to keep it should a physical sweeper come in your path. As for Swift, eliminate it for Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, or Calm Mind (if you're going for extreme power).

charizard- three fire attacks? are you crazy? heatwave and firebalst have bad accuracy so sitck with flamethrower. go for this set iof you're lazy: dragonclaw, substitute, sunnyday, flamethrower. flamethrower has a 337.5 attack power when you're at low health and sunnyday is out. hold petaya berry to make it hurt more.

but if you want a good charizard set: susbtitute, beelydrum, aerialace/fly, earthquake. hold a salac berry for speed boost and if you suceed, good game

i'm loling way too hard at mewtwo right now. shadowball, SWIFT? recover is ok i guess... replace shadowball and swift with thunderbolt and calm mind. icebeam if you want. if you can afford to ditch recover, go for psychic, thunderbolt, icebeam, and calm mind.

Rayquaza: Use physical moves, they're better because ray actually has a move / item to increase that particular stat.

dragon dance
rock slide / fire blast (your choice)
earthquake
aerial ace / fly

Kyogre: thunder over thunderbolt because with drizzle it never misses, calm mind over water spout, because Kyogre's special attack is freakishly high, along with this thing, uuuuuuuuuuber.

Groudon: I'd suggest overheat over flamethrower, because of groudy's low special attack compared to that of it's attack. Solarbeam- same thing applies,
special attacks are a no, no. Replace that with swords dance.
Rock slide over slash.

Blaziken: earthquake ove blaze kick, and thunderpunch/bulk up over
aerial ace.

Dragonite: Reffer to rayquaza.

Mewtwo: ice beam over shadow ball, stick with special attacks.

what do you mean freakishly low? his special attack is equal to that of celebi, mew, jirachi, and salamence. its better than that of suicune, entei, articuno, and lugia.
