Charizard: Get rid of Blast Burn and Fly and replace them with Dragon Claw and Earthquake.

Mewtwo: Keep Psychic, dropping Shadow Ball is a good thing since Mewtwo should stay Special. Calm Mind for Shadow Ball and Ice Beam/Thunderbolt for Swift. If you keep Recover is totally up to you, but if you want to drop it you should drop it for Ice Beam/Thunderbolt (whatever one you didn't drop Swift for).

Not bad. 5/10.

Taillow and Sabeleye aren't what gets into a good team overall, even though Sabeleye has no weakness he doesn't have so great stats. Try this team:
Lotad
Ralts
Poochyena
Aron
Spheal
Now train along with your Combusken and you should do great. And if you can't trade Spheal from Ruby/Sapphire/another Emerald get Makuhita or however you spell it. Your Combusken is pretty much as good as it gets at that point.

I would rate your current team 7/10 thoguh since it is pretty good fro the pok�mon you have.
