I have a couple questions about my pokemon, i want to know whether or not im training them the right way and so on......HELP NEE

ok well i just beat the Pokemon League an my team was


Swampert lvl 54 and Electrike lvl 54. They are my 2 best pokemon at them moment and for some reason i feal that they should be higher then that, am i rite?, i would also like to know good movesets for them.


What is a good team that i could put together without using AR or GS?


i have more but thats all i will put for now.

Well try catching/Evolving Pokemon for this team a Rayquaza, Groudon, Kyogre, Salamance, Metagross, Swapert(your starter).

(Note: this team is good for getting though the game only, don't use it on netbattle if you have it.)

recommened moves:

Rayquaza:(this depends upon your nature hopfully no natures that weaken your special attack)
~Dragon Claw
~Flamthrower
~Ice Beam
~Fly(to get around the game)

Groudon:
~Soler Beam
~Fire Blast/Flamthrower
~Earthquake
~Sword Dance/Bulk-up

Kyogre:
~Hydro Pump/Surf
~Thunder
~Ice Beam
~Calm Mind

Metagross:
~Meteor Mash
~Earthquake
~Agility
~Shadow Ball

Salamance:
~Flamthrower
~Ice Beam
~Dragon Claw
~Earthquake

Swampert:
~Focus Punch
~Substitute
~Earthquake
~Surf

(Note: if your out of TM like TM2(Dragon Claw) and/or TM26(Earthquake) then you need a GS(Gameshark) or AR(Action Replay) to attain more.)

and about the AR or GS i was going to buy an AR but the guy at gamestop told me that 75% of the time it ruines your gameboy an it just breaks it an all this other bad stuff...is that true?

Focus Punch is a horrible move unless you know Attract!

yea it kinda is....isnt the accuracy like 50.....i mean if the power was maybe 150 or something like that maybe the bad accuracy would be ok but with the power of only 100 i think that focus punch sucks...

it is 150 and it has good Accuracy but it takes 2 turns to work and if you get attacked you flinch and can not move!
