Ok, i am able to trade mew, celebi, and jirachi to emerald from ruby and sapphire, but when i try to trade Deoxys it says: The other trainers pokemon cannot be traded at this time. PLEASE TELL ME HOW I CAN TRADE IT TO MY EMERALD VERSION IF YOU KNOW HOW

have you beat the elite four and got the national dex on the ruby and sapphire you are trying to trade it too...
i don't know if that matters but... i had a problem similar to that before i got the national dex... and beat the elite four

Well, actually, to tell you the truth i just got all the deoxys and stuff the other day, and i have beaten the Elite four at least, what, 6 times? I do have the national dex....maybe it is something with how many pokemon you have caught in it?

No you can't trade other version Deoxys to different versions. They stay bound to there own version.

Thank you, also i was wondering if someone could test this: i found somewhere someone said that if you use the Mystery Gift option with someone else and choose the Morning News (or something like that) option, if you go upstairs in a pokecenter you will find a guy in a green coat and when you talk to him he gives you the Aurora ticket.

I tested it but it didn't work. the mystery gift option is what u use at the nintendo events to transfer the aurora ticket to your game.
