I'd choose torchic because when it is blaziken it can help in the pokemon league and the battle frontier. also i heard that among the top 20, blaziken turned out 2 be the coolest.

go with the treeko,cuz like sum1 said earlier he looks just daem seXy and Leaf Blade is a pretty decent azttack,and he can learn dragon claw,so except for the Ice E-4 and the champ(well nvm Im thinking about when it used to be steven)and the fire and flying gym sceptile can take em all with good moves,good stats,and a skilled trainer(I personally managed to defeat both Winona and Flannery with treeko)

Treecko is probably the best, it will hand over Swampert's a**, but Blaziken will only win due to attribute advantage. If it was just a fight of stats, I think I know who would come out on top.

they're kinda equal really, this time the starters were balanced off really well.. how ever the whole thing where if you chose the grass type, the begginning of the game would be much easier than if you chose the fire type... treeco is defenateli the best starter of hoeen since it's fast and can take down the first coupla gyms well... while mudkip's somewhere in the middle, torchic is the hardest to train and slowest at leveling and learning useful moves...
... but i'd prefer blazekin out of the 3 coz it'd be more versatile; sceptile needs to be bred to have any decent moves that it could pull off, and swampert's offensive capability aint too impressive until it can get the reflectin moves n maybe curse... but blaze gets powerful moves naturali =S ... it's scawi >.mudkip>torchic>treeco is how it's supposed to be like; who ever said mudkip>treeco... errrrrrr....... wat ever man...

There stats are equil Fwank, but if Blaziken was not part Fire and Sceptile used Leaf Blade it could result in a OHKO, because Blaziken have bad special defenses, and with Petaya Berry your sure to OHKO it.(If it was not part Fire).
Also Substitute+Endeavor Will tare down a Blissey.

how do you change you avatars color, and mudkips best it evolves into mud & water type it can eaisly beat torchic and its evolutions even leaf atacks are defeated with MUD
