there are a pokemon who i like are is (i think) the fastest pokemon and deadly with the right partner but i want hear you opnion what you think?

Heracross is faster with Choice Scarf in D/P, otherwise, Ninjask IS the fastest in 3rd gen.

It's the fastest Pokemon besides Deoxys, and it's extremely handy in competitive battling.

Well, for Extremespered, you prtobably have to have a big body to do that much damage xD
Ninjask, meh. WAY OU...I've never really used it but it's Baton Pass set is way too common.

Not all Pokémon need STAB attacks. Look at Sneasel (talking R/S/E, here). Dark and Ice attacks are wasted on it due to its pathetic Special Attack.
Ninjask, famous for its speed and a great Baton Passer, but like Blazin Torchic said, greatly overused.

I really haven't used bug pokemon much as it isn't to defensive against most types.
Example:
Ninjask is destroyed with:
Flying
Fire
Ice
Electric
and Rock type moves.
Many trainers have these types of pokemon with them.
Ninjask won't really last long against most trainers so i wouldn't recommend it.

Speed isn't everything. Swampert can still kill when it's slow by using Curse.

The only reason Ninjask will actually last is because it uses Baton Pass to GTFO when needed.

But Ninjask is also not very defensive against most types. And doesn't learn any good attacking moves really either. I suggest Espeon maybe. It is fast and has good SP.ATK. It's only weaknesses are Dark & Ghost type. Although it isn't to good defense wise, it makes up for it in Special Attack.
